Japchae / Korean Glass noodles with Beef and Vegetables. It's delicious, I hope you will give this recipe a try.
Ingredients to serve 10 people
- 500 gr Korean Vermicelli
- 50 gr shiitake mushrooms, soaked, sliced, marinate with: 2 Tbsp oyster sauce + 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb beef round eye roast, sliced then marinate with: 1 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 3 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp oyster sauce + 1 Tbsp tapioca starch.
- 1 M onion = 200 gr
- 12 gr = 3 gloves garlic
- 180 gr = 2 small carrots
- 700 gr Yuchoy
* Sauce
- 110 ml soy sauce (Less than 1/2 cup but more than 1/3 cup)
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 100 ml = 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp good sesame oil
- Need 3 Tbsp olive oil to saute the mushrooms
- Need 3 Tbsp olive oil to saute the beef, and 1 tsp soy sauce.
- 2 to 3 Tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
