Ingredients
  1. 700 gr = 8 Asian bananas, soft ripe DO NOT USE BANANA IF IT NOT RIPE SOFT YET.
  2. Banana leaves, foil wrap
  3. 2 Tbsp toasted peanuts
  4. 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seed
* Soak rice
  1. 2 cup = 440 gr sweet rice (aka glutinous rice or sticky rice) washed well, then soak with 3 cup boiling water for 1 hour before cooking.
* Cook sweet rice with
  1. 1/4 tsp = 1 gr kosher salt
  2. 3/4 cup = 180 ml coconut milk
  3. 3/4 cup = 180 ml water
  4. 3 pandan leaves
  5. Add 1 Tbsp sugar to cooked rice, (add 2 Tbsp if you like it sweeter)
* Coconut sauce
  1. 1 can = 400 ml coconut cream
  2. 1 1/4 cup = 290 ml water
  3. 4 1/2 Tbsp = 70 gr sugar (use 80 gr if like it sweeter)
  4. 1 tsp = 5,6 gr kosher salt (reduce the amount if using table salt)
  5. 2 Tbsp = 24 gr tapioca pearls
  6. 1 Tbsp = 8 gr tapioca starch
  7. 1 small tub vanilla sugar
