Delicious fried chicken wings and homemade hot sauce. It's perfect to serve at any sport party. TheBethKitchen flying with the Eagles, E-A-G-E-L-S
Ingredients serve 4-5 people
- 2 lbs = 997 gr chicken wings
- 1/2 Vidalia onion = 150 gr
- 10 Tbsp = 80 gr tapioca starch
- 2 egg white
- 1 Tbsp = 15 gr sugar
- 2 tsp = 10 gr kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp = 1,2 gr black pepper
- Little more than 1/2 cup = 80 gr all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup = 33 gr tapioca starch
- * 3 cup of vegetable for deep fry
* Hot sauce
- 1/4 Vidalia onion = 100 gr
- 3 hot serrano pepper = 55 gr
- 4 cloves garlic = 15 gr
- 10 mints leaves
- 1 small handful baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp = 30 gr olive oil
- 2 Tbsp = 20 gr olive oil
- 2 Tbsp = 40 gr agave nectar (can be substitute for honey)
- 1 Tbsp = 14 gr vinegar
- 2 Tbsp = 28 gr water
- 1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt
- * Allow the wings to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours will be best.
