Ingredients for fried garlic
  1. 1 lb = 450 gr fresh, peeled garlic
  2. 3 cup = 720 ml
Ingredients for SAUCE
  1. 1 1/2 cup = 360 ml garlic oil
  2. 1 1/3 cup = 320 ml soy sauce
  3. 1/2 cup = 120 ml cooking wine
  4. 3 tsp = 8 gr tapioca starch
  5. 1 Tbsp = 14 gr water
  6. 1 cup = 215 gr sugar
Ingredients for egg noodles
Flour mixture
  1. 3 cup - 2 Tbsp = 380 gr bread flour
  2. 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp = 67 gr vital wheat gluten
  3. 1/3 cup = 53 gr wheat starch
  4. 1/4 tsp = 1 gr turmeric powder
Liquid mixture
  1. 2 eggs + 1 Tbsp veg. oil + water = 190 gr
  2. 1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt
