Crispy Coconut Cookies/ Banh Con Sung/ Banh Con Duong

Crispy and delicious cookies that melted in your mouth. It's fun to make and very yummy with great coconut cream flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup = 120 gr tapioca starch
- 1 Tbsp = 10 gr all purpose flour
- 4 1/2 Tbsp = 40 gr powdered sugar
- 1/2 tub vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 6 Tbsp coconut cream bring to boil then use 85 gr - 90 gr to mix the dough.
- Tiny pinch of kosher salt
