Stir Fried Beef Noodles with Vegetables

Delicious and affordable. You can prepare all the veggies in advance. The beef and vegetables cook fairly quickly enabling the beef to stay juicy and the veggies still crispy.
Ingredients
- Ingredients, serves 4-5 people
- 12 oz wonton noodles
- 1 lb beef (london broil or top round) thin sliced
- 1 medium carrot peeled, washed and cut into strips
- 2 stocks of celery: wash and cut diagonally into strips
- 1 lb bok choy: wash cut into 2" long separate stems and leafs
- 1 medium size onion peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp minced shallot
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Olive oil for cooking
- Garnish with black pepper, cilantro and serve with soy sauce and hot pepper or sriracha hot chili sauce
Premix sauce ingredients
- 1/2 cup of homemade stock or store bought
- 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Marinated beef ingredients
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp water
