Ingredients to serve 10 people
  1. 500 gr Korean Vermicelli
  2. 50 gr shiitake mushrooms, soaked, sliced, marinate with: 2 Tbsp oyster sauce + 1/4 tsp pepper
  3. 1 lb beef round eye roast, sliced then marinate with: 1 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 3 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp oyster sauce + 1 Tbsp tapioca starch.
  4. 1 M onion = 200 gr
  5. 12 gr = 3 gloves garlic
  6. 180 gr = 2 small carrots
  7. 700 gr Yuchoy
* Sauce
  1. 110 ml soy sauce (Less than 1/2 cup but more than 1/3 cup)
  2. 4 Tbsp sugar
  3. 100 ml = 1/3 cup boiling water
  4. 2 Tbsp good sesame oil
  5. Need 3 Tbsp olive oil to saute the mushrooms
  6. Need 3 Tbsp olive oil to saute the beef, and 1 tsp soy sauce.
  7. 2 to 3 Tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
