  2. * Bánh này cần dùng đúng lượng bột nếu nhiều hơn là bánh sẽ đặc, không ngon. * Khi đong bột là các bạn phải xới bột lên, dùng muỗng múc bột cho vô cup, rồi gạt mặt. Bột nào cũng vậy, tất cả công thức đong bột đều phải gạt mặt hết nhe. Còn không là dùng cân, cân bột cho chính xác. * Chúc các bạn thành công!
