How to make Vietnamese Beef Meatballs - Bo Vien

Easy to make and taste delicious Vietnamese Beef Meatballs.
Ingredients: Make 1 lb beef meatballs
- 1 lb = 470 gr beef chuck pot roast
- 4 cloves = 20 gr fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp = 16 gr cornstarch
- 2 tsp = 8 gr sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp = 40 gr fish sauce, you can use up to 3 Tbsp = 50 gr.
- 1/2 tsp = 2,3 gr black pepper
- * 4 Tbsp full = 65 gr ice cold water
- 1/2 + 1/4 tsp = 4 gr baking soda, you can use 3 gr.
* Cook meat ball
- 8 cups = 1.9 litter of water
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Bowl of ice cold water.
