Crispy Flower Cookies _ How to make Coconut Sesame Flower Cookies

How to make very crispy Flower cookies. It's delicious with coconut, sesame flavors and very easy to make.
Ingredients for 24 cookies
* Flour mixture
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp = 140 gr rice flour
- 1/3 cup = 50 gr All purpose flour
- 1/3 cup = 50 gr corn starch
- 2 Tbsp = 15 gr glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 tsp = 2 gr Double acting baking powder
- 1 tub vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp = 3 gr muối
- 1/2 cup + 2 tsp = 137 gr sugar
- 2 tsp = 6 gr black sesame seeds
- 2 tsp = 6 gr white sesame seeds
* Liquid mixture
- 1 egg
- 110 gr = 1/2 cup water
- 155 gr = 2/3 coconut milk the solid cream only.
- Total the amount of liquid is 315 gr.
- Oil for deep frying.
- * Oil temperature should be from 375 - 380°F or 190 - 193°C.
- * Mixing flours and sugar well together before adding the wet ingredients. Mixing flour and sugar well will help the batter mix easier and smoother without any lumps
