Chocolate Buns is a sweet, soft chocolate bread. It's delicious and easy to make .
Kids love them, it's good for snack or breakfast.
Ingredients

Ingredients: making 15 -16 buns
- 3-2/3 cup or 550 grams of King Arthur unbleached All- purpose flour.
- 1 tsp of kosher salt
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp of Natural Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chip
- 2-1/2 tsp of active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of lukewarm water

- * 1 egg yolk plus 1 Tbsp of water for egg wash
- * Preheated oven to 350°F, position the rack on the 3rd lower shelf. Bake the buns for 22-24 mins.
- * Baking time is slightly different, depending on the temperature of your oven. You may need to bake your buns a couple minute longer or shorter. Risen time is vary, cold weather will take longer time to rise. Judge the dough by how much it's risen not how long it take to rise.

Nguyên liệu cho 15-16 bánh
- 3-2/3 cup hay là 550 grams Bột mì (King Arthur unbleached All- purpose flour)
- 1/3 cup đường cát
- 1 tsp muối
- 3 Mcanh bột cacao không đường (Hershey's Natural Unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup sửa tươi
- 1/4 cup bơ lạt làm tan
- 1 cup Sôcôla ( semi-sweet chocolate chip )
- 1 lòng đỏ trứng + 1 Mcanh nước
- 2-1/2 tsp men nở (11 gr) - Active dry yeast
- 1 tsp đường cát
- 1 cup nước ấm
Lưu ý
- * Làm nóng lò trước 350 °F, đặt vỉ nướng ở tần thấp số 3. Nướng bánh khoảng từ 22-24 phút. Tùy nhiệt độ của mỗi lò khác nhau, bạn có thể nướng bánh lâu hơn hay là nhanh hơn thời gian của mình.
- * Nên ủ bánh nơi kín gió thì bánh không bị khô .*** Mùa hè ủ bột thì nhanh hơn là mùa đông.

Bánh Bao is a very popular food. It's hearty savory filling, combine with lightly sweet soft buns, makes it perfect for any meal to eat at anytime and anywhere. If you follow the exact recipe you will have the perfect soft fluffy and delicious Bánh bao.
Ingredients
- * Ingredients are written in both English and Vietnamese.

- Ingredients: Make 16 large buns
*Filling
- 1-1/3 lbs ground pork
- 2-3 Tbsp shallot minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chopped onion or 1 medium size onion
- 1/2 cup chopped Jicama
- 1 cup reconstitute Chinese mushroom cut to small
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil for cooking

- * 3 links Chinese sausage sliced to 48
- * 4 hard boiled eggs cut each to 4
*Dough
- 4 cup self rising flour (King Arthur self rising flour)
- 2 tsp Double acting baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup room temperature water
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp veg oil
- Some extra flour for kneading. (USE AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE)
- 16 square 4"x 4" pieces of parchment paper.
- * Please follow my step by step and do not make any changes.
- * Only rest the dough for 30 mins, Need to make the filling first.
- * Fill the steam pot 1/2 full, make sure water is boiling. Lay a wet towel on the steam rack, then the buns and space the buns out. Cook the buns for 22 - 24 mins, at half way of cooking remember to shake off all the water that have collected on the lid. Enjoy your hot steam buns. To store left over: wrap each cooled buns with plastic wrap place them in the Ziploc bag and refrigerated or freezer. To reheat: wrap each bun with damn paper towel and microwave for 1 min then you will have one hot, yummy steamed bun again.

- 2 tép tỏi băm nhỏ
- 1 chén nấm đông cô cắt nhỏ
- 1/2 củ sắn cắt nhỏ
- 1 củ hành tây băm nhỏ (gần 1 chén)
- 1 Mcanh dầu hào
- 1 mcafe dầu mè
- 1 Mcanh dầu ăn
- 2 mcafe đường
- 1/4 mcafe muối
- 1/2 mcafe tiêu
- 1 Mcanh bột bắp
- * 3 cây lạp xưỡng cắt ra 48 miếng
- * 4 cái trứng luộc cắt ra 16
- * 16 tờ 4"x4" vuông giấy chống dính
* Bột
- 4 cup bột mì đã có trộn bột nổi (King Arthur self rising flour)
- 2 mcafe bột nổi ( Double acting baking powder )
- 1/2 cup sửa (không cần làm nóng)
- 2/3 cup nước (không cần làm nóng)
- 1/8 mcafe muối
- 1/2 cup đường trắng
- 1 Mcanh dầu ăn
- 1-2 Mcanh bột để làm bột áo (xài bột áo càng ít càng tốt)
Lưu ý
- * Xin theo dõi cách làm cho kỹ và đừng thay đổi nguyên liệu.
- * Chỉ cần để bột nghĩ 30 phút thôi, Chuẩn bị nhân trước.
- * Dùng 1/2 nồi nước, nước phải thật sôi. Hấp bánh 11 phút xã hơi rồi hấp thêm 11 phút nữa.
- * Khi bánh nguội, dùng giấy nylon bọc bánh lại cho kín cho vào Ziploc và để tủ lạnh hay tủ đá
- ( để dành ăn lâu hơn ). Khi muốn ăn bánh nóng chỉ cần gói bánh với khăn giấy hơi ướt và bỏ vào Microwave 1 phút thì bạn sẽ có một cái bánh bao nóng hổi ngon lành!

This biscuit contains all healthy ingredients and taste delicious. It is great for a school snack or a quick breakfast for your busy schedule. I hope you give this recipe a try and you won't be disappointed.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Make 26 biscuits
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup old fashion oatmeal
- 1-1/3 whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup agave nectar syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweet apple sauce
Notes
- You will need 2 baking pans lined with parchment paper and bake the biscuits for 10 mins then switch trays form top to bottom and continue to bake for 10 more mins.

Hummus is a healthy and delicious snack. Hummus is my kids favorite after school snack. They eat it with toasted Naan and veggie sticks. It can be serve as an appetizer and it can be kept well in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans - chickpeas
- 1 whole bulb fresh garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Tahini sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Dash of paprika for garnish
Notes
- I roasted my garlic in the toaster oven and always roasted a few extra garlic for later use. Place them in the Ziploc bag and keep them in the freezer. It's very convenient anytime you want to make your Hummus.

Hi friends, let's treat yourself with this healthy and delicious homemade granola bar. It's packed with all the nutritious ingredients that taste great and great for your body.
Ingredients for 24 bars
- 3 cup oatmeal (old fashion)
- 2 cup whole almonds
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seed
- * Syrup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp of kosher salt
- * 1 tsp coconut oil for greasing pan & bowl
Equipment
- 10"x 18" pan
- 1 candy thermometer
- 1 large SS bowl
- 1 spatula
- 1 brush
- 1 medium size sauce pan
