EASY Delicious Oven Roasted Pork Spare Ribs - Sườn Đúc Lò
With 3 easy steps, you can make a delicious tender pork spare ribs at anytime. The glaze adds a little sweetness flavor to the ribs which is not too overpowering.

Ingredients

  3. Ingredients: Serve 4 people
  4. Sauce of marinating ribs
  5. 4 lbs pork spare ribs
  6. 5 small shallots about 2-3 Tbsp
  7. 3 scallion stems (white part)
  8. 1-1/2 Tbsp sugar
  9. 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  10. 1 tsp dark - soy sauce
  11. 1 tsp sesame oil
  12. 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt (You can increase to 2 tsp depending on taste)
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper
Glaze
  1. 1 Tbsp shallot
  2. 2 tsp white vinegar
  3. 1 tsp paprika
  4. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  5. 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  6. 1 Tbsp sugar
  7. 1-1/2 Tbsp honey
  8. 1 Tbsp of olive oil

Very important note
  1. * Marinade the ribs for at least 3 hours, you can marinade the ribs longer or even better overnight.
  2. * Allow the ribs return to room temperature 30 mins before cooking.
  3. * Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the rib for 50 mins then apply the glaze and return the ribs back to the oven and continue to cook 20 more mins.
  4. * Position oven rack on the 2nd shelf from the bottom of the oven so the ribs can properly cook and the glaze won't burn.
  5. * Cooking time is slightly different, depending on the temperature of your oven. You may need to roast your ribs a little longer or shorter.

  1. 4 lbs sườn
  2. 5 củ hành tím
  3. 3 tép hành (phần trắng)
  4. 1-1/2 Mcanhđường
  5. 1 Mcanh dầu hào
  6. 1 mcafe nước tương đen
  7. 1 mcafe dầu mè
  8. 1-1/2 mcafe muối ( có thể 2 mcafe)
  9. 1/2 mcafe tiêu
** Nguyên liệu cho nước sauce
  1. 1 Mcanh củ hành tím
  2. 2 mcafe giấm
  3. 1 mcafe ớt màu
  4. 1/8 mcafe tiêu
  5. 1/8 mcafe muối
  6. 1 Mcanh đường
  7. 1-1/2 Mcanh mật ong
  8. 1 Mcanh dầu ăn
*** Bước 1
  1. Ướp sườn cả 2 mặt, ướp ít nhất là 3 tiếng ( nếu ướp qua đêm càng ngon).
*** Bước 2
  1. Đặt vỉ nướng ở tầng thấp số 2 của lò nướng.
  2. Lò nóng 400°F , nướng sườn 50 phút.
*** Bước 3
  1. Thoa nước sauce lên và nướng thêm 20 phút. Vậy là xong, cắt sườn ra dùng nóng với cơm và nước tương ớt .

Ingredients
  1. Ingredients, serves 4-5 people
  2. 12 oz wonton noodles
  3. 1 lb beef (london broil or top round) thin sliced
  4. 1 medium carrot peeled, washed and cut into strips
  5. 2 stocks of celery: wash and cut diagonally into strips
  6. 1 lb bok choy: wash cut into 2" long separate stems and leafs
  7. 1 medium size onion peeled and cut into wedges
  8. 2 Tbsp minced shallot
  9. 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  10. 1 tsp kosher salt
  11. Olive oil for cooking
  12. Garnish with black pepper, cilantro and serve with soy sauce and hot pepper or sriracha hot chili sauce
Premix sauce ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup of homemade stock or store bought
  2. 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
  3. 2 tsp sesame oil
  4. 1 tsp cornstarch
Marinated beef ingredients
  1. 2 tsp sugar
  2. 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  3. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  4. 1 tsp olive oil
  5. 1 tsp minced garlic

Ingredients for 1 loave and 15 rolls
  1. 6 cup bread flour (King Arthur Bread flour)
  2. 2/3 cup white sugar
  3. 2 cup lukewarm water
  4. 1-1/2 Tbsp active dry yeast
  5. 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
  6. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  8. * Baking time is slightly different, depending on the temperature of your oven. You may need to bake your bread a couple minute longer or shorter. *** I "Proof" my shaped dough rolls in the oven for 40 mins. If your oven don't have a " Proof option" then you may need to let your dough rolls rise for 60- 80 mins or until it doubled it size. *** Rising time may different from warm weather and cold weather.

*Nguyên Liệu cho 1 ổ bánh và 1 khay 15 bánh nhỏ
  1. 6 cup bột bánh mì (King Arthur Bread flour)
  2. 2/3 cup đường
  3. 2 cup nước ấm
  4. 1-1/2 Tbsp men nở (active dry yeast)
  5. 1-1/2 tsp muối
  6. 1/4 cup dầu ăn
  7. Hòa tan đường với nước, cho men vào khuấy đều đậy nắp để men nở trong 10 phút. Sau khi men đã nở cho muối vào khuấy đều, cho tiếp dầu ăn vào khuấy đều. Từ từ cho bột vào trộn đều, nhồi bột khoãng 1-2 phút, vo tròn bột và thoa ít dầu lên mặt bột, đậy nắp và đặt bột vào chổ ấm ủ bột từ 2-3 tiếng. Sau khi bột đã nở, chia bột ra làm 3 phần. Một phần cho ổ bánh và hai phần cho bánh nhỏ. Ủ bánh lần thứ hai khoãng từ 40- 60 phút. Làm lò nóng 350°F nướng bánh nhỏ từ 20-23 phút và ổ lớn 25-27 phút. *** Tùy nhiệt độ mỗi lò khác nhau bánh có thể nướng lâu hơn hay nhanh hơn.
  8. **Nên ủ bánh nơi kín gió thì bánh không bị khô (mình thường ủ bánh "Proof" trong lò là 40 phút.) Nếu lò cuả bạn không có "Proof" thì bạn phải ủ bánh từ 60- 80 phút, hay có thể lâu hay nhanh hơn thì bánh nở gấp đôi.*** Mùa hè ủ bột thì nhanh hơn là mùa đông.

Ingredients for 24 bars
  1. 3 cup oatmeal (old fashion)
  2. 2 cup whole almonds
  3. 1/2 cup of ground flax seed
  4. * Syrup
  5. 1/3 cup honey
  6. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  7. 1/4 cup water
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 1/8 tsp of kosher salt
  10. * 1 tsp coconut oil for greasing pan & bowl
