  2. 3-4 cup veg. oil for frying
Marinate the meat
  1. 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp kosher salt
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp dried basil and oregano
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tempura batter
  1. 1 egg
  2. 2 Tbsp cold water
  3. 4 Tbsp all purpose flour

  5. Fry chicken at 330-340°F hot oil, it may take about 3 mins.

Ingredients to serve 5-6 people
Marinate the meat
  1. 2 lbs pork belly
  2. 1 Tbsp cooking wine (Mai Que Lo or Mei Kwei Lu Chew)
  3. 2-1/2 tsp sugar
  4. 1 to 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. 1-1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
** For the skin
  1. 1 tsp white vinegar
  2. 3/4 to 1 tsp coarse kosher salt

  4. * Wipe the skin dried before applying vinegar.
  5. * Let the pork marinate overnight/24 hours in the refrigerator with the skin side up (Do not cover the skin. The skin need to be DRIED for it to be crispy.)
  6. * Allow the meat to return to room temperature 30 mins before cooking.
  7. * Preheat oven to 400°F
  8. * Position the oven rack at the second self from the bottom.
  9. * Adjust the cooking time (longer or shorter) depending on the size of the meat.
  10. * Cooking time is slightly different, depending on the temperature of your oven. You may need to cook your meat a couple minute longer or shorter. After that adjust the oven to "Broil" keep the baking pan at the same rack. Broil the meat until the skin are crispy and golden all around, then remove the meat. Enjoy!!!

  1. * Dùng khăn giấy lau cho da thật khô xong rồi thoa giấm và rắc muối lên.
  2. * Ướp thịt qua đêm trong tủ lạnh, không được đậy để cho da được khô. Da càng khô thì khi nướng da càng giòn.
  3. * Lấy thịt trong tủ lạnh ra, để ra ngoài 30 phút trước thi nướng để cho thịt bớt lạnh.
  4. * Phải làm nóng lò 400°F trước. Để vỉ nướng ở vị trí thấp số 2 thì thịt không bị cháy.
  5. * Tùy thịt lớn hay nhỏ, dày hay mõng, Bạn phải tăng hay giảm thời gian nướng để cho thịt được chính ngon.
  6. * Tùy nhiệt độ của mỗi lò khác nhau, bạn có thể nướng thịt lâu hơn hay là nhanh hơn thời gian của mình.
  7. * Sau khi nướng thịt được 50' thì chỉnh nhiệt độ lò lên "Broil" vẩn giữ vỉ nướng ở vị trí củ. nướng đến khi da giòn phồng đều lên thì lấy thịt ra.

  4. 2 lbs chicken wings washed and patted dry

First bake chicken for 25 mins then applying the glaze sauce to both side of the wings. Return the wings to the oven and bake them for 10 mins. After that 10 mins applying with glaze sauce again and bake again for 5 more mins. Serve hot!!!

  1. 1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans - chickpeas
  2. 1 whole bulb fresh garlic
  3. 1/3 cup olive oil
  4. 1/3 cup sour cream
  5. 1/4 cup Tahini sauce
  6. 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  9. 1 tsp ground cumin
  10. Dash of paprika for garnish

  1. I roasted my garlic in the toaster oven and always roasted a few extra garlic for later use. Place them in the Ziploc bag and keep them in the freezer. It's very convenient anytime you want to make your Hummus.

  4. 3 1/2 cup (485 gr - 490 gr) bread flour 12%protein - King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour.
  5. 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
  6. 2-1/2 tsp of instant rise (quick rise) yeast
  7. 1-1/2 cup cold water (350 ml)
  8. 1 tsp sugar
  9. Veg. oil for greasing the counter top and bowl

  11. * VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: MAKE SURE ALL YOUR MEASUREMENTS ARE ACCURATE.
  12. * I "Proof" my shaped dough rolls in the oven for 40 mins. If your oven don't have a " Proof option" then you may need to let your dough rolls rise for 60- 80 mins or until it doubled it size.
  13. * Positioned your oven rack in the middle of oven.
  14. * Preheated oven to 475°F or maybe 450°F depending on your oven temperature..

  1. * Khi đong đo nguyên liêu phải thật chính xác.

  3. * Nên ủ bánh nơi kín gió thì bánh không bị khô (mình thường ủ bánh "Proof" trong lò là 40 phútNếu lò cuả bạn không có "Proof" thì bạn phải ủ bánh từ 60- 80 phút, hay có thể lâu hơn hay nhanh hơn thì bánh nở gấp đôi.
  4. * Mùa hè ủ bột thì nhanh hơn là mùa đông.
  5. * Xịt nươc đều lên mặt bánh và rạch 3 đường sâu khoảng 1cm lên mặt bánh. Ngay trước khi cho bánh vào lò nướng.
  6. * Nếu dùng khay thường thì cần 2 khay và có lót giấy chống dính. Nướng bánh 12 phút thì đổi vị trí khay dưới lên trên, cho bánh được vàng đều.
  7. * Nếu dùng khay nướng giống mình thì đặc khay nướng ở tầng giữa của lò.
  8. * Tùy nhiệt độ của mỗi lò khác nhau, bạn có thể nướng bánh mì lâu hơn hay là nhanh hơn thời gian của mình.
